In such cases, data may be disclosed to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy legislation.

What are your rights?

Rights available to the USER: These rights may only be exercised in relation to information under the control of the CONTROLLER.

3. Publications

The purpose of social media platforms is to provide visibility and dissemination for the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These platforms store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policies.

Once the USER becomes a follower of or joins the CONTROLLER’S social media account, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the platform. In all cases, the USER must own the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have obtained the consent of any affected third parties.

Any publication on the social media platform, including texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that infringes or may infringe morality, ethics, good taste or decency, and/or violates intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law, is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the company’s profiles. The Company reserves the right to remove such comments or content and block the users responsible.

In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to remove the content immediately, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The CONTROLLER shall not be held responsible for content freely published by the USER.

The USER should be aware that their publications may be visible to other users and that they are therefore primarily responsible for their own privacy.

Images that may be published on social media will not be stored by the CONTROLLER in any file, although they will remain on the social media platform.

4. Data of Minors or People with Disabilities

Users are advised to review and read the terms of use and privacy policy of each social media platform at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements applicable.

Likewise, the CONTROLLER shall be expressly exempt from any liability arising from the use of social media by minors or people with disabilities, whose access should be carried out under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.
