All our products comply with applicable European Directives and Standards, authorizing free circulation within the European Economic Area (EEA). We also comply with the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive and the Low Voltage Directive. We certify with ENAC-accredited external laboratories.

The certification guarantees the design, testing, evolution, manufacturing and assembling of approved products, in accordance with the applicable safety standards in the U.S. and Canada. Our light fixtures are classified according to the UL Standards for different environments.

We comply with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive for electrical and electronic components. We also comply with the Waste Directive (RAEE/WEEE) for respectful waste management.

All of our wood products comply with the Chain of Custody Certifications granted by non-profit organizations, the Forest Stewardship Council® and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest. We certify both sources through accredited external entities, ensuring the supply contributes to maintaining biodiversity, productivity and ecological processes, benefits local populations and society, and does not profit at the expense of forests, ecosystems and society.

The Cradle to Cradle certification promotes the creation of responsible products. It exhaustively and rigorously verifies the useful life of products, following social and environmental best practices. It takes into consideration materials, manufacturing, processes, transport and end of life, among many other factors.

This approval ensures compliance with the requirements of the WRAS Regulations and Standards, which aim to prevent the waste, misuse, illicit consumption and contamination of the water supply.

Commitment letter

Parc de Belloch (bello loco, beautiful place) is the knowledge campus where our headquarters are located. It is a property spanning more than 200 hectares, 30 km north of Barcelona, which we share with Santa & Cole and other companies, including a cutting-edge tree nursery.

We produce urban lighting and furniture, microarchitecture and trees. Four essential vectors for organizing life in 21st-century cities. At the same time, we pay attention to their interrelations and harmonize how they are used by cities. We have experience in dozens of countries with unique transversal knowledge.

We design for cities around the world from Belloch (Barcelona). We produce locally, operating commercially in many other countries. We are proud of how our elements integrate into very different cultures and situations. We work everywhere with professionals in urban spaces, seeking to be local, intelligent and diligent.

We demonstrate our commitment through official membership in sustainability projects. We also participate and work regularly with institutions, business groups and associations.

At Belloch we work for the world. We are interested in the material lives of people, the best social coexistence and the urgent defense of the planet, and we are aware of our social responsibility.

Intramundana

In 2005, the former Santa & Cole Ediciones de Diseño S.A. changed its name to Intramundana S.A. and becomes the parent company of a business group.

Interested in lighting, furniture, art, music and books, it advocates for a moral stance in the material culture of people.

Urbidermis

In 2014, the former Urban Division of Santa & Cole was spun off into its own company. That is who we are, interested in cities.

Innovative benchmark nursery for urban reforestations. It has been a subsidiary of Urbidermis since 2021.
