Parc de Belloch: our headquarters
Parc de Belloch (bello loco, beautiful place) is the knowledge campus where our headquarters are located. It is a property of more than 200 hectares, 30 km north of Barcelona, where the companies of the Santa & Cole group are located.

1985
Santa & Cole began to publish lighting for indoor spaces.
1987
Barcelona is named the host of the 1992 Olympic Games, and the urban division of Santa & Cole is born.
2018
In 2018, we became a company with legal personality. Urbidermis: Urbi (city), dermis (skin).
2021
We expanded our catalog with trees and plants for the city.
Business group
At Belloch, we work for the world. We are interested in the material lives of people, the best social coexistence and the urgent defense of the planet, and we are all aware of our social responsibility.
Intramundana
A holding company that invests in businesses to boost their development, with the aim of participating in management and promoting the exchange of knowledge. Interested in the product of the human activities it consists of, or is participating in, the talent of its executive team, its possible social impact, and its cultural relevance.
Santa & Cole
Compiles lighting, furniture, art, and book products that are of interest in more than eighty countries. All of these products are created with domestic environments and places where groups meet and work in mind. It advocates for beauty as aspiration, and industrial craftsmanship as a production method.
Parc de Belloch
It maintains, promotes, and builds in line with criteria related to sustainability, and water, energy and food self-sufficiency, focusing on minimizing waste by managing the beautiful, large farm of Belloch in a circular manner.
Belloch Forestal
A nursery for innovation in tree care for cities. It grows trees that are specially created for urban reforestation, exploring new techniques in species selection, growing, and implementation. It mainly operates in Spain. Since 2021, it has been a subsidiary of Urbidermis.
