Geometric and precise. A synthesis that is almost mathematical. A pleasant profile, with a subtle angle of just nine degrees, avoiding light pollution and glare. Slope integrates into the landscape elegantly. The urban luminaire is designed to be adapted to suit all types of pre-existing support, and to illuminate any public or private space.
Industrial Facility
Sam Hecht graduated as an industrial designer from the Royal College of Art in London. Kim Colin graduated as an art historian from UCLA and as an architect from SCI-Arc in Los Angeles. In 2002, they co-founded the Industrial Facility studio in London. Their approach reflects a careful consideration of form and a unique understanding of daily life, creating beauty from utility in the products, furniture and exhibitions that they design. The desire of Hecht and Colin is to improve things which we live with. They do not set out to produce something different, but rather something better; they aim to design items that are long-lasting, effective and provide satisfaction, often beyond the requirements of the product. Industrial Facility is considered, due to its pragmatic approach, as one of the most forward-looking studios. Together they have collaborated with numerous pioneering international companies to produce designs that demonstrate cultural relevance and commercial success, either due to their methodology, philosophical approach or their honest solutions.In 2016, Sam Hecht and Kim Colin, influenced by disruptive technologies, created a new department called Future Facility with the intention of working exclusively on products connected to the Internet (IoT). Both Sam Hecht and Kim Colin are renowned as leading industrial designers. They are both members of the Royal Society of Arts, and a large proportion of their work can be found in permanent collections throughout the world, including the Cooper Hewitt and the Museum of Modern Art in New York; San Francisco Museum of Modern Art; Art Institute of Chicago; Centre Pompidou, Paris; Victoria and Albert Museum and the Design Museum, both in London; and the Design Museum in Helsinki. Industrial Facility advocates the methodology focusing on bringing benefits to people and communities. It is for this reason that they decided to translate their characteristic and highly elegant minimalism to urban spaces, as authors of the Slope (2017) and Tumbler (2017) luminaires, thus humanising the landscape of the new urban lounges. Powerful, but small in size
The rotation of its arm, and the vertical flow of the luminaire allows for non-invasive, efficient, comfortable lighting. It incorporates a wide range of road layouts that guarantee uniform lighting values, visual comfort and maintenance savings.

Column lighting is the most well-organized, functional option for urban projects. It harmonizes layouts from a technical perspective, with good rates of uniformity and suitable lighting values. The accessories allow the luminaire to be attached to cylindrical columns of Ø114.3 mm or to top pole sleeves of Ø50 mm.

Wall-mounted lighting provides illumination while maintaining coherence throughout the entire project layout. In this way, the luminaire is completely integrated into the vertical limit, in order to illuminate architectural facades, pathways, squares, parking areas, landscapes, or transit areas.
